not yet, and yet
is a reference to how I feel about my own music and where I am as a player. There is a feeling of not yet having arrived or reached every goal I have. Accompanying this feeling, there is much that I have done in my life as a musician that is noteworthy, having recorded this ep being one of those things. I see myself in movement and slowly walking towards something, not being there yet, and yet I exist in a space of some success and experience. The title should reflect my past, present and future. It honors where I want to go, acknowledges that I have more to do and also respects the work I have already done.
