A song, written in the midst of a self-quarantine.

The tune, in its first version, was completely improvised. I recorded it into my voice memos and transcribed a few things about it just so I wouldn't forget. I brought the voice memo to Josh, and within two hours it was learned and recorded.
All the guitar and vibes were played in one take, and I overdubbed the voice and drums.

This one is dedicated to those struggling with poor mental health.
